The staff was generally okay, although one person was a little snarky. The Lincolnton NC store was as clean, well-stacked and organized as the flagship store. Customers can use a 2-year savings card when they visit, and the store carries a wide range of items for occasional jobs at affordable prices. While some employees may not be the most enthusiastic, Harbor Freight provides a great value for its customers.
