Poor business acumen due to delayed delivery as I had purchased it from a Fulfilled By Amazon LLC with 2 day shipping. For some reason, the item was directed to this company which delayed me receiving it in time for an event after I ordered it.(Amazon Prime has a 2 day shipping policy which would have allowed it to have arrived on time) Company representative was very rude and his vitriolic response below confirms this.contacting me at my home e-mail.(violation of Amazon customer service policy as Amazon's role is to simply forward responses and questions from buyer and seller. . Bormioli is a quality product; however this company has a very poor business acumen that "guarantees sales at the expense of the buyer. (what impetus would anyone have to return an item that is broken to a company that charges a 20% restocking fee as well as requiring return postage to be paid by the buyer. Quite a lucrative shake-down operation you have going!!!! The person who refused the return did not even identify himself or his company in several e-mails; just a fragmented sentence advising me that I could either return it with a 20% restocking fee for a package that was not even opened and also pay return postage($14.00) or keep it.. My cost to return it would be almost as much as I paid for it. Amazon has many other vendors that sell Bormioli that are prime eligible and guaranteed by AMZ Prime Unless you want to be shaken down by this unethical company, steer clear of Glass Packaging LLC!!! Buyer beware !
