Pricing is usually wrong on some items. When asked to correct to the displayed price they refused at first . Saying they do not have to sell it for the displayed price. They should insure all signage is removed if the product is no longer for sale at the displayed price. Perhaps NC Weights & Measures should pay them a surprise visit to insure they are selling items at the correct prices. Bonny seems to be a very disgruntled employee stating Dollar General doesn't need to sell items at the displayed prices.

Giving it only one star for one reason only- that god awful manager! She talks to the customers like less than garbage and when called out on it, she gets more aggressive. In today's world, she's going to get punched (or worse) one day when she messes with the wrong customer and I will post their bail.

"because I can... it's MY store... I'm the manager.
I can be as loud as I want to." This is the response I got when asking a question regarding a return, she became loud, so I asked her why did she feel the need to be so loud.

Had a terrible experience here today particularly with the assistant manager Heather. I was shopping with a friend and her two toddlers for around an hour, at one point one of the kids became upset over a pack of crayons. My friend temporarily sat the crayons on the shelf so that she could get eye level with her child and parent her. While this was happening, Heather approached them, snatched the crayons from the shelf and rudely told my friend not to put items where they don’t belong. My friend explained she was planning on purchasing the crayons and asked for them back. After this incident, Heather stared us down as we grabbed the last few items we needed. Right before we were about to make our way to the register, Heather approached us while on the phone with her manager and they accused us of stealing, told us we were banned and threatened to call the police. I offered to have my bag searched and they refused.

My family went into this store and was told that we could not have our diaper bag with us. We were told that it was to prevent theft at their store but they could not respond with a decent response when I asked why people could carry pocket books or purses the size of suitcases. The best answer the extremely rude associate could give was 'If you don't like it you can leave'. Will not shop here again.

I actually added this listing to yelp back in November/December when my wife and I were looking for Christmas accessories such as wrapping paper, gift boxes, and gift bags for gifting holiday bottles of wine.We had already stopped at the Dollar General in Iron Station and picked up a few boxes and this was out next stop and what a disappointment it was.Don't normally shop thee discount stores but they are a favorite of my wife. She prefers the Dollar Store in Corneilus where we used to live till me moves 2 1/2 years ago My past experiences with Family Dollar both as a customer and as a vendor were good. Never where much of a vendor because out product capabilities did not fit with theirs but no big deal. First time here and was very disappointedStock was dated and very little that was appropriate for Christmas They said come back in a couple of weeks which we did and still stock was dated and had not changed.Sorry to say, we ended up buying what we needed on Amazon

After a rather unpleasant experience this evening around 8:00pm with cashier Charles, who decided to “keep it old school” with me by blasting vulgar music, touting the N word at the counter and referring to me as “y’all”. Like “how are y’all doing tonight” as I shopped alone. I am merely offended but most irritated by the ignorance! Chris the ASM , or Molly please contact me immediately
