I wish all of these"we finance in house" dealership would be transparent that it doesn't mean you will be approved. Besides that they were very professional in my process and I didn't even have go down there. Unfortunately they weren't able to approve me.

My experience with Hope and Rick were great, but kinda went to hell and back when it came to Roger and him providing the proper expectation and customer satisfaction! A little backstory this is my 3RD car I’ve purchased working with Hope which each time was a Great car buying experience, not having my car less 30 days i noticed that my car wouldn’t turn off because it wasn’t going into PARK properly every now and then, so I gave a call to the dealership which of course they had no issues with fixing it. The REAL issue came into play with having me drive all the way from S.Carolina which was a 2 hour drive each way just to get a slap in the face and careless customer service. I spoke with Roger who advised that he had a car lined up a “Very Nice” car at that I could drive while my car was in the shop getting looked at just to be put in a beat down lemon with no brakes! I immediately gave the keys back to Hope and told her that I was driving it and it was completely unacceptable to have anyone drive that car especially LONG DISTANCE knowing anything could happen, so I got in my car and left, shortly after Roger called acting clueless trying to figure out why I didn’t leave my car so of course I reiterated to him once again, he immediately cuts me off and tells me “Our cars are maintenance on a weekly basis there was nothing wrong with that car” which was definitely incorrect not when I have to physically pump the breaks 3-4 times to the floor to get the car to even stop! At this point I’m just in utter disbelief and disgust that my situation was handled with light intent, and honestly this maybe definitely be the last time I purchase anything from you guys!

We had the best experience here with the nicest people! Mandy was the absolute best! We did not have a lot of hope walking in & we was able to drive a vehicle home the same day! They were very busy when we arrived & she stayed super late after they were closed to help us make sure we left with a vehicle. I know it wasn’t easy getting my husband approved but she was consistent & found the perfect vehicle for our family. Rick was awesome too! They are very knowledgeable & if anyone can get you in a car then they can do it. I wish we would have went here sooner! So very grateful for all they done for us! We definitely recommend Mandy & the EZWay Auto Sales staff!

Ryan Wortman was a blessing to me and my family today.I am a newly divorced single mom of 4 girls with not so good credit and I needed a new car bad and I just knew I would not qualify for a thing! Mandy was amazing!!! I did all of the application process online, I received a call from Mandy immediately. Over the phone we discussed the type of car I was looking for and set up an appointment to test drive some cars. When I arrived at the car lot, the car that I was interested in was already pulled to the front ready for me to test drive. Being that I had already filled out my paperwork, They had already crunched the numbers for me so that saved time and I wasn’t at the dealership all day. I was able to Drive away in the car that I want with affordable car payments! If you are in the market of buying a car definitely work with Mandy!
