I had to call up back up there to get the lady name who helped me get my Mom phone activated. I was told her name is Gabriella. Well she was very professional and had a nice spirit. She also got us in and out in maybe 10-20 minutes. It’s really hard to find good customer service now days. So I hope I have the right name. Thanks

I been coming here for years and nobody showed me how to actually use my phone but I Went to upgrade at Boost Mobile and Taylor Norman was awesome!!! I helped me figure out my old phone to my new and showed me how to set up my hey Google if you upgrade there ask for Tay she won't steer you wrong

Gabby was excellent. Had a SIM card issue resolved it very fast and was very pleasant to talk to.

Cooper and Gaby are the most amazing customer service representatives. They have shown me over the past few weeks that I should have switched to boost YEARS AGO.They should both be recognized for their dedication to the brand, and ability to help non-tech-savvy folks like me. Nice store knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately i found out I will have to switch companies. Since Team mobile bought then out the newer phones and sims will no longer get service in my area. So unless u have old equipment your phone wont work in alot of areas.
