I had to call up back up there to get the lady name who helped me get my Mom phone activated. I was told her name is Gabriella. Well she was very professional and had a nice spirit. She also got us in and out in maybe 10-20 minutes. It’s really hard to find good customer service now days. So I hope I have the right name....
