This is a great store to have in Lincolnton. It’s nice to have a department store in
Town where you can count on finding casual and formal clothes without having to run out of town! Not to mention all the associates are absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and always willing to help! Not to mention if you can’t find what you’re looking for , a size or color it can be ordered and paid from the store and then shipped and delivered to your home FREE of charge!
Also having the Belk app is great to use in the store to check prices and availability. The app even allows you access to track your purchases! I just love LINCOLNTON BELK!!

I am very pleased with the prices at Belks store here in Lincolnton and the store is very neat and tidy.The best part of my shopping here is the employees are so very sweet,considerate and always wear ? smiles on their faces.That makes my shopping trip much more comfortable.A ?? and God Bless to all of the employees. Jessica the store manager was so lovely and helpful. I went in wanting to order a cologne and she went out of her way to find it or help me find something similar. She was helping her coworker as they were low on staff. She was nothing but sweet and so very helpful.

If you want high class #1 merchandise, Belks is your choice. The price is right also. Really nice items to choose from, not the every day things you see all over. Nice surroundings & service. I'll be back.

My customer service was excellent the store manager Jessica Chávez helped me and my daughter find what she was looking for. She went above and beyond showing her things she was interested in. We will be returning to this store soon.

Very unsanitary practices at the makeup counters. Just spraying the brush with a cleaning spray and wiping it off on a napkin does NOT sanitize them at all. A 100% clean, sanitized and dried brush should be used with every single client. And if the company doesn't have the ability to supply the counters with enough clean brushes they should not be offering makeup services at all. Even using a clean qtip would be significantly better than an unsanitary brush, especially if the client is just color matching or testing products.
