Sale went easy and quickly. Delivery set up and when I had to call and ask them to make me the last stop due to an ER VET visit they agreed,no problems. But they brought my stove in, plugged it up, and left. Hmm okay, me a single mother with a broken back will adjust the levels to keep it from rocking. Sure. Did that. Then the back burner was so hot while the stove was on,I now have burns across my right, because yes,I touched it thinking it would be warm, but not stir fry hot. So thanks for that. But the worst part is no owners manul no paperwork. Nothing. How am I to check the vent without that ?

Went to this location to get a dinning room table and buffet for my home. Jessica (the sales associate that helped me) was the absolute best! She is kind, knowledgeable, and leaves you feeling well informed and confident in your decision. Will definitely be going back to this location for all future furnishing needs!

Paid cash for a bedroom suite for my son, had it delivered and didnt realize till 2 weeks after that the delivery guys didnt put the bed together right and the supports had broken because of that. Have spoken to 3 different people and this last time was promised someone would get back with me and nothing. over 3,000 dollars and have a bed that is broken. Will never do business with them again. I wont stop calling until i get someone who will make it right.

My wife and I have been looking for a regular, fabric, rocker-recliner for several months now wirh no luck and never thought to give this location a try. To our surprise there were two recliners here that we both loved and with the help of Jessica, it was an easy decision. When we decide to swap out our current living room furniture, we will definitely be back to work with Jessica to find the best fit for our needs.

We've purchased several things from this store since it's opened and all in all it's been a great experience no matter what. Kevin and Petra are always there to help. The sales staff as well as the delivery crew are all pretty awesome people too. Will recommend to anyone in the area.

Great selection of home furniture! Kevin, the store manager, made sure I was taken care of when he saw me checking out what they have. Everyone in the store was friendly and I always love it when the sales associates are not pushy about any of the products they sell! I will definitely be coming back!

I am getting ready to relocate to Lincolnton and stopped by the store in town as I am looking for a new location to purchase and help furnish my new home. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to meet the store manager, and Jessica. They were both very helpful, informative and super patient as I had many questions, and measurements. They also informed me that some pieces could possibly be on back order, which I appreciate them being upfront about. I have no problem with waiting, seeing how distribution is effecting everyone in our country.I will definitely be making my purchase from them as the store was wonderfully laid out and easy to navigate. I truly appreciate the friendliness and professionalism that both Jessica and the store manager displayed. I can't wait to purchase my new living room and dining sets!!!

They helped me plan and pick out a bedroom set and mattress for a very special person!
