Went here today looking for a part that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. I asked the cashier for the aisle and she went above and beyond to call someone over to help me find what I was looking for. He brought back the part I needed and explained how to get the best price for what I needed. Very educated, informative and patient staff that are willing to go above and beyond to help.

Great selection of just about anything you need for the outdoors of your home. They even have a complete pool section with all the chemicals needed as well as a very knowledgeable staff that can answer questions about pool maintenance! Excellent service department with skilled technicians for repairs and service ?

Took broken Craftsman ratchet with lifetime warranty to this store and they refused to exchange it, so a day later I took it to Ace Hardware in Mountain View and they replaced it with a smile. Guess where I will hardware shop from now on !!!
