Place closes at 11. On may 7 2023 I arrive at 9:40 and a young African American woman who believe is new locks the door on me and refuses to open or acknowledge my existence. If you are ever running on fumes don’t go to this place, these college kids don’t care about your job.

First, I want to say that every other interaction that I have had with employees at this store has been standard service, not outstanding but not bad. Tonight was completely different. When I arrived at the store, the cashier just locked the door and told me that I would have to wait to shop until he finished taking out the trash. I then proceeded to offer to help him, to which he rudely replied "No I'll get fired if I let other people help and I don't know other people around here yet". I tried to be friendly and make conversation with him but he just continued to be rude and did not even make a single attempt to be even a bit amicable with me. I went inside and purchased my items and he continued to be cross with me and act like I had done something wrong. I live 2 minutes up the street and don't want to put up with that kind of attitude so from now on I'll be taking my business to gas stations in Coats/Lillington and I suggest you do the same.

Really giving this review just to respond to the others giving one star reviews. I understand the service might not have been perfect the day you were there. But 1 star, because the lady wasn't bright eyed and bushy tailed and didnt snap to attention to accommodate y'alls important schedules? I live nearby, I stop here occasionally. It's a little store. 100s of people stop here every week and get gas and snacks without issues. The place serves it's purpose. Maybe the lady working the day you were there was having a bad day. Did she cuss you out? No. She just didn't move fast enough? This is harnett county. C'mon. Give these people a break.

Rudest employee ive ever met, she literally sat there staring off for 2 minutes while i sat their, excuse me ma'am, dark hair and glasses, rude and annoyed tone like its my fault she works there, i never go out of my way to write a review but she needs to be let go. Worst employee ever.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO!!!! The clerk is very rude. I was not greeted upon entrance she looked right us and turned the other way. Then I was standing waiting for my husband to finish making his coffee. And she walked right into my back side without excusing herself or anything. I contained my composure because my son is currently at the orientation at the school across the street and I did not want to turn his moment into a drama series. However, she needs to be removed from that site. She mumbled when my husband asked her how was her day I imagine she said good we could barely hear her. Very rude elderly lady.... I should have gotten her name and reported her behind for bumping me without excusing herself.
