Gas pump calibration issue - Pumps say that the gas is $3.14 a gallon on July 16. I have done the mass on the gas that I got and I was actually charged $5.46 a gallon. So for $3.14. I was only getting .57 of a gallon of gas. I stopped at the store on Thursday, July 13 to get gas but could not because they said the pumps were not working. I stopped at the store again on July 16 a Sunday to get gas. I got $50 worth of gas it took forever to pump the $50 worth of gas and when I got in my vehicle, I noticed that my gas hand had only moved up a quarter of a tank and it should have given me at least a half a tank of gas. I have now driven about 40 or 50 miles maybe 60 and that entire quarter of a tank of gas is gone $50 and I’ve only gone about 60 miles. There’s obviously something still wrong with the pumps. I have placed a call to the Minuteman Food store customer service office at their corporate office and complained about this. I am waiting for a return call.Update - I got a call last week from Minuteman Corporate with a promise to investigate deliberate and compensate me in some way for the miscalculation - however I have not heard from them since the initial phone call.

Treat their employees like garbage. Constant turn over. Moved manager who tried to work with and uplift the community. Went in yesterday and new manager had no mask or gloves.

Best customer service ever, they always have a smile on there face, helping you out when you need something. The manager and assistant manager make this store whole really love coming to Minuteman just for them.
