My husband and I have donated so much to this thrift store, we have never had a problem and the people working there have been so nice. Until today and now we will no longer be donating items here. We have always taken our items in totes and bags and asked if we can have the totes back. Every time the employees have been so kind and said that wasn't an issue and bring a tote out and we load the stuff from my totes into theirs. Not once was I told I cannot do this, not once was I turned away, not once was I given attitude, that is, until today.. and had I been told previously this was an issue, we would have always made sure to use bags. My dad, who is visiting from out of town, was kind enough to run a couple totes of toys my kids decided to donate up while I was working. He was met by a younger guy who he said seemed as though he really didn't want to be there. As they were unloading the items, a woman came out and stated they couldn't donate in totes the items have to be in bags and they will only accept one bag at a time because they don't have the manpower to unload them, what the actual heck?! My dad offered to unload the items himself, she stated he couldn't do that. At this point my dad said "ok, fine, you can keep the tote, I'll buy my daughter a new one". My dad asked if there was a bag he could put the last three items in and the kid working there rolled his eyes and stated "I guess" as he went to get my dad a bag. My dad at this point is frustrated because he's trying to donate items that I could have easily sold and was met with such attitude. He said he got a receipt, which I'm looking at now, the woman who was filling it out asked what city I lived in and my dad couldn't remember the name of it, but came up with Bunny-level... any person from this area could figure out he meant Bunnlevel. The woman gave him attitude and said "fine, I guess I'll just fill it out the best I can." Looking at the receipt, I can tell there was attitude because she put my city with a question mark, totally unnecessary, and then the receipt legit says "4 misc"... why even write anything out at that point? It is such a shame because again, we are typically met with such kind people at this store, that is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars... but now, we will make sure we are taking our items elsewhere, I mean now I have to spend money to get a new tote because of this.

I tried to donate some toys today but couldnt because there was moisture on the bag.. mind you it was raining and i bumped into my car while unloading it... meanwhile a pick up truck with a open bed is unloading a bunch of bags out the bed. The stain literally came from my dirty car while i was unloading.. i know i need a carwash..?.

Nice people, its cleaner than what it was so props to whoever organized the stuff but everything is VERY expensive for it being completely free for them. They have a whole back room with stuff they get donated. If they lower their prices, they can probably get rid of most of it.

This store gets some really nice items that are occasionally well priced. I say occasionally because the last several times I visited they had outrageous prices on many items. Clothing may be well priced, but home goods are ridiculous. They have many items marked at or above new retail price. Great deals on some items if they don't know it's a great item. Pay close attention when they ring up your purchase. I was charged twice for an item on more than one occasion and was charged $9 for an item marked 90 cents. I know the money is supposed to be for a good cause, and they have overhead costs, but the items ARE DONATED! Last time I was in the store a costumer asked for another bag to put her purchase in and the cashier was told, "we can't just give our bags away". I'm pretty sure it was the store manager that said it. You might want to take your own bag or donate your used shopping bags since they are so stingy with the customers who are paying good money for the items that were freely given to the store.

I love this spot. Particularly for home goods and decor. I’ve found so many unique and beautiful vases, glassware, sconces, frames, etc. I don’t spend a ton of time on clothing but I did notice a pretty good amount of vintage clothing. Snagged a floor length velvet button down dress I’m still fawning over. I try to come in once a month and the prices are always very reasonable. Thrifts everywhere are upping prices but I don’t ever feel like their stuff is ridiculous.

Careful NOT to (Donate Valuables)Workers "skim off top for personal profits" ! Unfortunately they have been told of this going on by the workers ; but seem not to be concerned. Workers take home & resale all the best valuable items to other consignment stores.Such a LOSS to those who needed that donation. For those in HOPES to help someone by their giving ..What a shame!

I have been coming to this store for many years and ladies are always friendly. The store has a lot of clothing and misc items always spend long time looking and clothing is pretty organized by sizes. The prices are very fair in my opinion and you are helping a cause with purchases/donations. I try to donate items/clothing when I go that way. Keep up the good work .

One of my favorite hidden gems in town! Great selection at unbeatable prices! Staff is extremely friendly and do an excellent job of keeping the racks stocked, everything organized and the store clean! I never leave empty handed!
