My tire was loosing air so I brought my car to the dealership. They were unable to repair the tire so he gave me a computer print out itemizing the total cost. Well after I returned home I looked at the tires on my car and found out the dealership gave me a quote for the wrong size and make of the tire. The kicker is the dealership wanted me to order the tire while I was there.

The gentleman who did the pick up and drop off was very professional and pleasant. They kept in contact with me when they saw other issues my vehicle had. The experience was great, everyone was professional. I will be going back for the additional services I need, and may even purchase a vehicle from them.

I have been taking my GMC Acadia to John Heister's Lillington Chevrolet dealership for service for years. Never again. I had noticed that my car wasn't shifting as smoothly as before, so I took it in. I was told by their service department that I needed a new transmission, which would cost $6,600+ and that was the least expensive option. (The only other option was to take the transmission out in order for them to figure out which part was going bad, but that would cost much more than just replacing the transmission.) I ended up taking my car to Apex Transmission and it ended up being that the transmission fluid needed to be flushed, which cost around $200!! I cannot believe the John Heister Lillington Chevrolet dealership could be SO dishonest and/or horrible at their job in knowing that it only needed the transmission fluid flushed versus replacing the entire transmission. They have forever lost a customer for both service AND buying a vehicle, not only for themselves, but quite possible also for Chevrolet in general.

TJ My Sales Man was Amazing from the Beginning Dewitt Keith handled all of my paperwork and Gave me incredible deals and really looked out for me..The process was fast and painless..Forgot to get the other Gentleman's name but he helped getting the ball rolling on my deal would Love to thank him for his help and give him recognition..Thank You Tj,Dewitt Keith and everyone who make my first time buying a car a wonderful experience..Definitely would buy from them again and recommend them With an A+++++++ Rating...Choose This dealership for your car purchase...Trust me you won't leave Disappointed

Excellent Service, Lindsay the online sales manager got me a vehicle to drive while my truck was in the shop, and Bobby the service manager went the extra mile to ensure my issue was fixed, the detail shop did a fantastic job at cleaning my truck, its a five star dealership, I will buy from them and use them everytime!

Where do I begin? From the moment my fiancée and I walked in the door until we received the keys to our new car, our experience was top notch. I bought a used car off their lot and it was very smooth. Good communication and execution of the deal with a decent price. I worked with Brittany and she was great. Even answering a bunch of questions after the deal was done. I’d definitely go back.
