It seems ni matter what time I come to this pharmacy it's closed for one reason or another!!! Need more people in the pharmacy so they don't have to close it. A lot of people ONLY have their lunch hour to come to the pharmacy. PLUS you have some very not so friendly employees!

Customer service is not a priority for this pharmacy. I am placed on hold 10 minutes, no one apologizes or thanks me for waiting, and then when they do “help” it’s typically a rude remark about why my prescription is not ready. Today the pharmacist decided to hang up on me. I’ve waited a week for script to be filled told daily to call back after 2pm. Today I was told it’s on back order and it will come when it comes. I asked why others have not said that and in the background another pharmacist said some came in. She advised me they filled other orders with it after initially saying it never came in. Instead of being polite she hung up on me.

If your able to, avoid. Their SUPER SUPER unhelpful and will not explore any options even if your medical teams concurs and it trying to push something. Every time I call or stop by, their are random people working that refuse to do anything out side of taking your money. Other CVSs are usually better, but I would try to work with another organization if possible.

It seems that their pharmacy pisses off a lot of people walking in, saying there's not enough help or the wait times are ridiculous. To be fair, everyone walking in appears to be miserable or ill-tempered. 1st time I've seen this attitude in NC

This pharmacy. There is no sign saying what time drive through is open so I asked. They literally told me, "they open in the morning ". ? I said but what time? They said, " whenever we get here". I proceeded to educate this person on what good customer service looks like....."in the morning ", what kind of answer is that!

I stopped at CVS, 803 Main Street in Lillington on February 17th, 2024 to pick up three (3) things, not pharmacy items. Another customer soon joined me. We are both handicapped. We waited and waited and waited for approximately 15 minutes. 15 MINUTES!!! I even knocked on the Manager's Office door twice, as did another customer trying to help us. My knee became so painful that I had to sit down. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! When an associate finally arrived there, she said she "had to go to the back of the store to get some things". She didn't have any "things" when she arrived at the counter. Whatever happened to Customer Service?!?!?! There is another pharmacy within five (5) minutes from me, (Lillington CVS is 10 minutes away from me) and the only reason I don't go there is that it is not on my Medicare approved pharmacy list. This one of the reasons why I tell everyone that I know what a terrible pharmacy CVS is, and believe me, after living in Lillington for almost 30 years, I know many, many people, with whom I share my negative opinions, and have many of their own negative opinions. Surely YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

If u need your medication in the same day I would recommend going somewhere else. My daughter has a uti and her medication is still not ready. I just had to switch my stuff over to Walmart pharmacy. I left the doctors office and 3pm yesterday and it's 9am now and it's STILL NOT FILLED.

Be prepared to be on hold for 45+ minutes. Tried calling multiple times and finally gave up after not being able to get through. There’s actually no reason for not answering the phones after such a long period of time.

Can't say one good thing about store staff ( pharmacy worker Jessica) is a real piece of attitude! When asking about a pick up of meds. She in short... basically profiled me. While throwing med forms on counter & saying " We have YOU ON CAMERA! Going through the drive threw ". It was shocking to hear how disconnected she was from actually helping me. But there is only one young guy there very nice . Do hope to get him if you go.
