Went in to buy a few things, had not been there in a while. Looks like new flooring was put in to help update the store. Looked very nice, much cleaner looking. Love the Chocolate cake in bakery!

Workers at the register chilling on her phone and eating but the register isn't open. 3 employees doing absolutely nothing and I have to check out a whole cart of groceries myself. Please make that make sense.

Visited Lillington store yesterday while I was in that area never again. Bought a pack of patty link and red hot sausage. When I opened the link didn't smell right but man when I opened up the patty the smell was so bad thought I would vomit. Took it back and got my money back. He did apologize worse part with economy way it is now had to drive to Lillington just to retun sometimes better off just throwing it away. No way I was putting it in my refrigerator till tomorrow and the smell in my car and it was double bagged was terrible.

Very disappointed. I had visited the Coats location and purchased a product that was discovered opened when I arrived home. En route to a drs appt in Sanford, I stopped by the Lillington location with the product and receipt. The lady at the service desk refuse to give me my money back and insisted that I had to drive to Coats. She barely looked up and never made eye contact.
