After dealing with this pharmacy for years I am finally switching. This place is an absolute dumpster fire when it comes to having your prescriptions and getting them picked up. Was literally told "I don't have time to login and fill you prescription" by the older female pharmacist. I'd rather drive 15 minutes across town than deal with it any longer.

Kendle goes above and beyond to help me get a coupon or discount for my needed medications. She is very appreciated by me and my family.

The manager Jp I hope that’s right was incredibly rude to me almost every time I come in there she literally always lie about the coupons saying they are out of date when I was just given them. She is so passive aggressive towards me and my family always faking a smile and mumbling under her breath and that not the worst smell from her. I’m am positive she says worse things to the employees about me I come in here 3 times a week to get snacks medicine or just cute stuff and always looked at I’m am not a zoo animal I’m not here to be starred at i don’t know if they think I’m stealing but I am not. And the staff is always changing I only recognize the two young’s sweet girls and the older mean manger ladies it’s never consistent please do better!

This place is absolutely pitiful. My son has the flu. We go in there with 103.5 temperature. The doctor sent his prescription there and they tell me they don’t have it an hour later I get a message telling me it’s ready and then to top it off they put it in my name and not my sons name so they have to fix that. This place is an absolute joke. And somebody at the pharmacy needs to be held accountable for the stupidity.

Called in a refill at about 9am New Year’s Eve. Used the automated phone service that confirmed my meds would be ready at 10:15 am. Awesome right? I was looking forward to my vacation and the time off I had with my family. Came to the store around 4pm and was told I couldn’t get my medicine bc it was too soon (it would have been available the 1st, literally 15 hours later). The pharmacist said they couldn’t do a vacation override but I could call my insurance, of course customer service for my insurance was closed for the holiday. Maybe if they had been honest and thorough when I called in my prescription I could have had time to reach someone at my insurance via phone or email. This is my second time having an issue of prescriptions not being ready on time. I will be using another pharmacy moving forward. I imagine that this store is only still open due to their location. I’m not familiar with Walgreens corporate structure but this is a bad look for the brand.

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacy almost refused to give me my son a vaccine because I wouldn’t provide insurance . Smh but like the white older ladies get vaccinated and without insurance
