Well the first guy who helped me after spending 444.50 was having trouble getting into my account. I requested he call Corporate but he said there was nothing he could do. And then Angelica came to the rescue!! She took the time out with me to get the account pin reset and phone was working when I left the store. I also requested that she gets the commission for my sale but Bret stated that it was already in the system. I was going to get a refund and just say forget it but Angelica was an absolute angel. The other guy was rushing to get to the next customer and I just spent almost 500 which made me VERY upset. I felt like I wasn't valued. He was absolutely HORRIBLE and could maybe use some more technical training. Angelica and Bret were awesome! If it weren't for them...I would've paid 444.50 and left the store without any service on either phone. Angelica and Bret need a raise and I really appreciate them!

Lee- He was extremely informative, professional, kind and courteous. He was knowledgeable and answered questions accurately with patience. My issues were resolved and money for the customer was considered. Much thanks to him because true customer service is a lost art today. Thank you!

Be certain to ask for if there is extra fees or charges. They will not be up front and honest with you .Got a new phone paid in full was never told or informed of extra 100.00 fees. They will not voluntarily tell you. Update to this. They have been charging me for the entire phone $20 a month. I have been to the store 12 times and I have called the 800 number 30 times. This is effing ridiculous wasting all this time and get in nowhere. Each time I was told I qualified for the promotion. However, the promotion has not been put on our account and we are still currently being charged 7 months later. It is impossible and I am reporting them to the attorney general for fraud. Absolutely! The worst company I've ever dealt with everybody that works there is totally incompetent. Numerous days and hours. A waste of my time for no reason except for people not following through with their jobs. They are my absolutely worst nightmare. What didn't you get in my review? I have called you numerous times and visit the store numerous times and your promises have not come through. People that work there do not follow up with their jobs. I would been fired 100 times over by now. If I were them they do not return phone calls. They do not answer the phone. People do not follow up with their jobs. This is absolutely horrible company

People will lie to make a sale and dont come through with promises. Still trying to resolve an issue that's been ongoing for 6 months. Everyone says it's taken care of at least 12 phone calls and visits to the store, but yet 6 months later it's not. People do not follow through and do their jobs
