I use to get my hair done there a long time I'm very picky about who does my hair I went to great clips they did a bad job on my hair cut it half short the other half long I don't like bangs guess what she cut my hair and gave me bands I was like what are you doing she said I thought you would be better with bands I didn't ask for bands so I had to pay for everything that I did not want

I can't speak to the services of this establishment, but I can comment on the employees. One of the employees is running a scam where they illicit a beer trade with individuals and receive the beer, and then they do not return the agreed upon beers from their end of their agreement. I've been waiting over a year for $100 worth of beer and the employee responsible (Tiffany) proceeded to misrepresent the employer and business owner and proceeded to curse me out. I tried to contact the employer via Facebook and this individual proceeded to act as if she was the owner. Then, when I was able to discern that it was not the owner and confronted the individual she blocked me from the page. I just think that the owner should know what kind of employees she has and how they are willing to steal from others and lie and misrepresent the business.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! the so called beautician who did my cut and color complete messed my hair up and spent more time texting and talking on the phone than focusing on the job she was doing. It was nothing that I asked for and it looked extremely horrible. My hair was supposed to be brown with lots of blonde highlights but instead it ended up looking black with brassy orange highlights. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the job she did she made a shotty attempt to fix it and to no avail, it was worse than before with my hair being cut uneven and choppy with the highlights not even reaching the base of the root of my hair and on top pf all that all my hair was over processed and falling out, which has never happened in the 10+ years I have been getting my hair colored. I further expressed my dissatisfaction and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional, she even got her boyfriend involved and then accused me of purposely messing up my own hair! Smh. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT go here of you value your hair, time and money!

Upper Cuts is a fantastic place to get a great haircut. I have forgotten how nice it is to go to a "mom and pop" and get a great haircut. The stylist is one of the best. I have spent over 20 years going to a corporate salon. I first went in out of more convenience. My fiance and I went in to get a tan. More on that in a second. After my first haircut I had more complements from family, friends, and complete strangers then I had in my previous 20 years. Now about the tan beds, if you ever have a free 15-20 minutes I would highly recommend treating yourself. The rates are reasonable for both, and very highly recommend to stop in. uppercuts will be my new go to place for both a great haircut, and a relaxing tan bed.
