The staff at TDF Furniture was friendly and helpful without pressuring us. We bought furniture both off their floor and custom order. Love the piece we have at home and the communication regarding our custom order has been great. We got three quotes on the custom order piece and their’s was the most competitive. Will definitely buy from them again.

When all goes well with an order it is easy to leave a great review. We had a small delivery issue. Everyone at TDF Furniture stepped up to make things right. Very friendly, great to work with.

Erin at TDF was extremely helpful in selecting the sofa and swivel chairs. The selection, price, and service have been excellent. I saved several thousand dollars for the sofa and chairs, plus delivery was free. They were also willing to store the pieces for a couple of weeks until construction on my new home was complete. I recommend checking with TDF before purchasing from another furniture company, especially if they carry the same brand.

I just bought a recliner on Monday and it was short for my husband. The back wasn't high enough. I called if I can change it for a higher one and they said no because it was already in the house. He hasn't used it because he doesn't feel comfortable since Tuesday. So I guess we might have to keep it as an ornament and find another one. The price is really good. But I would think it twice to buy something that doesn't have a return policy.

I kept a paper ad from TDR for 10+ years, always planning to go there. We moved to Kernersville and I found it. My daughter and I went and had a great experience. We found a new chair for her & ordered an ottoman to match. The staff was super welcoming and helpful from start to finish. We will definitely go back regularly to find great furniture
