got oil change today 9-26-24 last change was 7-24 i bring my oil because i use castrol was 25 dollars in july price doubled to 49.99 what an increase used them for over 2yrs wont be back

Stopped here for a oil change Because I actually had a couple hours free. Richard and another guy sorry I didn't catch his name. But they were quick. Richard showed me my air filter and I told him to add it on.
He was a good guy no pressure with trying to sell me a bunch of stuff.
He was very professional and gave me a discount on the filter too. I'll definitely be back.

Showed up there with a coupon I had gotten from the mail. Oil changing service for $35 promotion. I go to this location hand the man my coupon and ask for the service listed. We get done and it totals up to 82.98. I ask the man how we got from $35 to $82.98 I had a coupon. He says oh yes you did he then informs me they don’t have the type of oil there that is apart of that particular deal. Would have been nice to have known that before getting the service. He informs me he will instead use the other coupon of mine the $15 Dollars off deal. He also asks me where I got the coupons at like I had done something wrong or something. They came in my mail for gods sake. Still upset because with the $15 off that brings the bill too $67.98 he then offers me a $15 rebait with vavoline. Still not the price advertised but close enough to let it go. Then upon trying to get the rebait it says the service I got doesn’t qualify me. Very scammy not to tell me upfront you don’t provide the coupon service after the fact and to make like your making it right when you’re not. Richard I won’t be back to your location or any of them I’d rather pay more than be lied too or mislead. You can offer a rebuttal but I will reply too it. Take your lumps like a man and apologize. Oh yes and he took my
Coupon…you know the one he didn’t honor.

This is a great garage for all your needs very clean garage and knowledgeable mechanics we took all 3 of our vehicles there for state inspection today and was very pleased with the work this was our first time there and will definitely go back there for our automotive needs
