Scam website! You will place orders wait months and months. You will receive emails from them with fancy excuses and never receive product…. No refunds as well. Buyer Beware !

My order 200379051 was placed online and paid for in July, and has not been received. I received no tracking/shipping info. I have sent 3 emails requesting follow up with no response. The toll free number's message box is full. Hoping this review will prompt a refund. A month later - no response from company, and I forgot to mention that I paid high shipping costs to Canada for something I didn't receive, so they kept that money too.

I am not one to write bad reviews.... I ordered a Back on Track coat for my dog (Order #20037906] on July 10, 2023. I am well aware of the BoT shortage and the problems. However, I now need either the coat or a refund to help cover vet bills. I was getting great updates until I requested a refund. Now all I get is silence.

I made an order over 2 months ago. Was indicated that it was back ordered then again and again. When I just made contact requesting a refund. I have received no answer back, attempted to call several times, no response. Goes to a voice message to leave a message. Then states voice mail is full. Will be contacting my card company and indicating fraud.

Cancelled my order due to it being pushed back several times. Still waiting for a refund. Sent several emails regarding my refund never got a response, they were quick to respond to every other email and now ghosting mine about the refund on an order I cancelled cause the item is not in stock.Don't buy from this company, I'm all about supporting small businesses, but this one doesn't deserve customers. Quick to take my money! But not giving enough respect to refund it.Update : August 26. 2023Still no refund given they say they sent it but I never received anything. At this point I would give them 0 stars if I could. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to see if any refund would hit my bank and nothing. Again I would avoid buying from them, they will not refund your items or even send them out. The reviews that are negative for this small business are justified!!! Best to buy your products elsewhere!UPDATE: SEPT 18, 2023as of today still no refund at all. The site is a scam I did file a complaint with the BBB and yes they have a bad score through them already. Avoid this store at all cost. They won't refund , or send you your purchase. Unprofessional. Save yourself the aggravation.

My order was placed and paid for almost 3 weeks ago. After trying unsuccessfully, several times to get updates, I was told they could not ship my order and that they were going to credit my credit card charges. It's been another week and I have still not received credit. My next step will have to be a call to my credit card company. Customer service has been very disappointing.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Spent over 100 dollars and never received anything. Won’t answer phone or emails. Should have read reviews prior to ordering.

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering, but just disputed my charge after not hearing anything from them a week after ordering and multiple unanswered calls. Update - heard back from the owner, they were able to resolve my issue.

I will be shopping here again!! With todays time it seems like shipping on everything is taking much longer. However, the customer service team kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I received the helmet for my daughter yesterday and I cannot wait to give it to her for Christmas!! Thank you to everyone at County Farm Tack!!

Great customer service!!! I had communication with several people from the company with different updates on my order and they were all so friendly. A few delays with shipping but that is to be expected these days with anything. Highly recommend!

Ordered a new saddle, shipment was delayed and I was kept informed about the delay and was noticed when it was shipped, will be doing business again!
