I have always gone to Sam's for my oil changes but this past time I went and they broke my key fob!! I spoke to a manager about it and he said "it happens". Tried to fix it and taped it together so I could get home. I am contacting the owner about this. Left with virtually no help and some sarcastic "sorry". This is not ok!

My car was having issues starting! Took it to Sam's and found out it was a battery issue!! They quickly got me a battery and replaced it in no time!!! Haven't had an issue since!! Thank you!!!!
