They don't pay attention to detail. They messed up my mothers taxes, my cousin taxes and mine. My mom never received her federal or state tax for this previous year.. she continue to get letters come to find out the lady that completed the taxes filed something totally wrong. She's been in hiding and it's hard to get in touch with her. I called texted and she barely responded.. Don't go to Quick refunds they are garbage. My cousin and I never received our state taxes til this day, we owe nothing and never received it...

Great place for tax fraud. If you want you can go tell her you own your own business and she'll help you create false receipts to help you get a fat tax return.

Lindsay is crooked tried to use her to do taxes at a company I work for she logged in one day tinkered around and was always to busy said she charged $20 an hour and sent a bill for $670 dollars for her tinkering around for one day we had to hire another tax company to do the job do not use her!!!!! To court we go...Sue away I have the text and emails where you always said you were busy doing other things you would get to it also quoted a price which was $300 for first time users of you establishment then changed to $20 an hour and audit log in quickbooks where you logged in one day at $20 an hour for one day you can't reach $670 for $20 hourly.

Tried to hire her to do taxes for a company I work for and some bookkeeping and she logged in one day and then went and tried to charge this man $670 at the rate of $20 an hour well that don’t equal up tax lady…we hired another company to do the job she didn’t
