Don’t go with this company. I have had terrible service. I had to call and throw a fit before anyone listened to me and now of course today I have no internet and I can’t work. The exceptionally rude (as always) workers in the repair department told me oh well and hung up. Now...I can’t work and they didn’t offer any kind of note or email or anything so I can let my boss know. I’m so done with this awful company. If you guys can’t do better then you really need to work hard on figuring out how to help your customers whose livelihood depends on your service. It’s seriously worse then wind stream, who I am calling now to see if they can provide service. I’m beyond done. This is the last time you horrible people allow your people to hang up on me. Edit. I have tried with this company. Almost 100 a month for super bad service…well yall better watch it cuz I went with the competition and not only is the service 110% better so is the price by almost $30.00!!!! So long guys. I won’t be back and I will continue to tell everyone my experience. Including the line your service guys left out for over 3 weeks…

Had service here for a long time. Everytime I had an issue, which was normally after a bad storm. It is always fixed fast. Love this place

Excellent speeds and connections. Customer service has always been great to work with. I have my own infrastructure for connectivity (wifi/ethernet), so I know the internet service is consistently good.Only times it has gone down is when there are other power issues in our rural area. I suspect they have some node nearby that is affected by outages. Within 15 minutes of power being restored, I am back online.Expect a lot of waiting for fiber lines to be buried but I suspect this is not really in their control (third-party contractors).Highly recommend their fiber service if its available for your location!

Fast, affordable, and reliable internet. There was a brief outage after a storm, but service was restored in a timely manner. Every staff member I've interacted with has been very kind, professional, and efficient, especially Ms. Holly.

The worst place. Internet constantly goes in and out. The slowest of the slow internet and we have the highest speed they offer. My husband works for spectrum and compared to them this place is stuck in the stone age. They never update anything. I’m convinced hamsters running on wheels is what they use to provide service.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have never in my 34 years of life on this planet experienced such lack of customer service. How this company even exist is a miracle in itself. We have tried to get our cable line buried since December of 2021. We have had the power, gas, water lines laid out multiple times and by the time they show up to bury the grass in my yard would be so high I'd have to mow yet again. It's almost like they were all playing some sick game. Everytime me or my wife called the woman on the phone she sounded aggravated having to deal with our case. Absolutely ridiculous. I finally after 4 months of this I just told them to cancel service. They didn't even offer an apology ro anything. What an absolute joke. Good riddance

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on you guys I've had yall for awhile now and I love that I have my internet for $55 a month its not too much and I never have any issues with my connection. I recommend you guys simply because if ya go anywhere else you'll pay alot more the 55 a month for internet service that actually works. I love it and thats all that matters ?

Internet went down Thursday. Called Piedmont’s number Friday and spoke to someone at Surry Comm who routed me back to Piedmont Comm. No humans available at 1:00p on a Friday so I was forced to leave a message that our internet is not working. It’s now Sunday. No return call and of course, no internet. I’ve no doubt they’ll expect me to pay my entire month’s bill. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, but pretty typical for Piedmont Communications.
