I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Explorer from Parkway Ford in Lexington, NC. Two months after buying the car, I tried using the back windshield wiper for the first time, only to realize it didn’t have a blade, which scratched my windshield. When I took the car back to the dealership, I was told both the wiper and the windshield would be replaced. My husband and I were each reassured on separate occasions that the issue would be fully resolved.
However, yesterday I received a call saying that only the wiper arm would be replaced, not the scratched windshield. After purchasing two brand new cars from Parkway Ford and having numerous family members shop there as well, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I also didn’t hesitate to purchase all the extra warranties that were offered—warranties that likely won’t cover anything I need—but they can’t replace a windshield, even though they told my husband that it was a faulty windshield arm. Acknowledging the faulty arm clearly indicates this wasn’t my fault and is 100% Ford’s responsibility.
I never thought to check a wiper on a brand new vehicle before purchasing, but I will make sure to do that in the future. While I love my Ford, I will not be shopping at Parkway Ford again in the future.

This place is amazing! All the way from the secretary that initially answered the phone to the delivery person Jacob Clewis. Jacob delivered my fuel pump to the TA truck stop, almost 40 miles away at no extra cost! He helped me switch over the parts that I needed to ensure the install of the new part went well. I even forgot to get a fitting off of the old pump and Jacob turned around to bring it to me. You don’t find companies with the work ethic and customer service that I found at piedmont truck center anymore. It’s a lost art. My truck broke down on i40 I was quoted 3 grand for a fuel pump from several other places and couldn’t get it for weeks some said. Piedmont trucks had the part in stock and for 1500 dollars! Half of what everyone else quoted me. Jeff and Jarred thank you as well for figuring out how to accept an Efs check. This company saved my butt and I will not forget it! I will be calling them for all my future parts and they just gained a life long customer. Thank you for caring enough to help the little man keep at it. Y’all have a good day.

Bought new pickups from Parkway on 2023 & 2024 and the experience improved year over year. It's much better under current management and staff.
My 2024 Maverick needed a software update recall and getting it scheduled was easy. The staff was patient and professional when I had to reschedule the appointment. Additionally, they helped install a Ford OEM accessory that I couldn't figure out.
Looking forward to buying a third new Ford from Parkway. Highly recommended.

The experience was quick and easy. They explained the process from being to the end. Helped me hook up my phone and the ford app. System. I told them when my wife is ready to get her bronco sports we will be back.

I had the engine light come on and took my vehicle in to Parkway Ford. After over $1400 the problem was resolved.......a week later it came on again, another $950 and it was resolved.....the next day it came on again. Another $515 and I am out the door. i was told it was a process they have to follow. Looked like trial and error to me.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE, Avoid this place at all cost. They do not honor their product warranties told me that my suspension was going bad after 50,000 miles and was normal wear, which I find laughable. Their service is poor on their best day, customer and maintenance. They have damaged my car doing service only to never remedy the issue, stating they don’t work here anymore. Told me the service was going to be free only to charge me later before they would release my car. And heaven forbid you ever expect them to call you back when they said they would. Unprofessional, unethical and unreasonable. These people are the literally the worst, everything you would expect from a car sales place and more. If you want a headache buy your car from here. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made was buying a car from here. Let me save you the trouble DO NOT GO HERE. Bradley, the service manager could seem to care less about anything, much less your vehicle problems. They are just bad people that all they care about is making a sale and after that they’re done with you. The guy on craigslist will give you better service after he sells you a car I promise.

Bob (sales manager) and Dylan (sales associate) got me in and out in an hour.

Made appoinment online for recall service. Arrived early, but was still greeted and my vehicle was logged in. 45 minutes later I was out of there. Great service staff.
Waiting room could use an update to include a table, chairs, and power outlets for customers who may need to work on a laptop while waiting for service.
Thanks for taking care of my vehicle.
