My morning started not so good and really needed a detailer for a specifically for my passenger truck. My daughter on the way to school, had thrown up everywhere. I was able to get 90% of it cleaned but I needed to get the seats and part of the floor shampooed before going to work. Once I got there I had asked one of the workers a question and he had stated in a rude tone “WHAT” and kept working. I asked do you shampoo carpets in trucks and he kept working and said get in line. I asked do you or don’t you and was told to get in line again. I’ve heard good things about this place so with that being said I gave them a chance and was highly surprised how rude the individual was. So I left with my truck and went to work. I will not go there nor will they ever see my money. All I can say is “DO BETTER”.

I went to N&A today to ask them if they get stains out of car seat upholstery. I saw an employee vacuuming a floor board so I asked him if they clean upholstery. Hey emphatically said "no" and turned his back on me. So I asked him if he knew anyone who did clean upholstery and he again wouldn't look at me and just kept shaking his head no. He then said something in broken English but I could tell he was asking about my car so I pointed at it. He started pointing and yelling at me to get in line. I tried to tell him that I didn't want it done today because I didn't have time but he kept yelling over me to get in line. I was shocked at how rude this man was. I've always supported this company and I gave them a great review as soon as they opened up to help them. I've done a lot of business with them but I'm finished. I left and went to Sam's. The staff at Sam's were very polite and empathetic. I'll never go to N&A again.

I have to correct my initial review to reflect the poor quality of windshield cleaning. This is the main reason I bring my car in for detailing. I have politely asked them to address this twice now and I will not be bringing my car back here.

Very disappointed. Mediocre job for a premium price. Charged much more than the sign indicated. No mention was made beforehand that SUV's were extra.

If you want scratches in your paint and streaks all over your glass this is the place for you. I wouldn't let them wash a bicycle for me after this experience
