I got tired of us mobile not getting me my texts or my phone messages in a timely fashion, sometimes several days later! T-Mobile has good service in this area and so I stopped by the store to change phone companies. Excellent service, went over and above getting me set up!

I stopped in to ask a question about my phone, and I do not think the guy knew what caused it to have something on my screen. He was helping someone, and after I walked in, he asked what I needed. I showed him a little screen that was on top of another screen with writing in it ( I do not know what it said now), but he just says, I don't know why it is there. Looks like spam. Just X out of it. When people tell me they don't know but just do this, it makes me wonder of their knowledge of the phone. I haven't had any more strange things happen. I guess he must have gotten it right.
