I want to give a big thank you to the guys at M&L. George made the buying process as simple as could be in getting my CPO Grand Cherokee. I bought my Jeep sight un seen 240 miles away. I knew what I wanted they had it and they made it a good deal. Sam got me an extended warranty that can't be beat. The process only required a few phone calls and Brenda drove the Jeep to my drive way. I signed the papers and it was exactly what we discussed on the phone. The vehicle was as advertised if not better. I am now the proud and happy owner of a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Thank you again George, Sam and Brenda at M&L CDJR. I look forward to meeting you all when I make my way to you in the future.

I visited three different dealerships looking for my next vehicle. This was by far the best. I found the vehicle I was looking for but I live 90 minutes away. M&L was great about answering all of my questions before I made that drive. Great experience and I’d definitely come back for my next vehicle!

If I could give Braxton 6 stars I would. I greatly enjoyed my experience at M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington. As a first time car buyer, I asked a lot of questions and Braxton and his team helped me every step of the way. I never felt like the team was being pushy just to make a sale. Awful (attempted) truck buying experience. I test drove a truck here before they had detailed it. Wanted it, but they offered 7-10k less than others for my trade it. So I sold private party 2 days later and continued to stay in contact with their sales rep. Trying to secure the truck, leave a deposit, do something so nobody else could purchase it while it was getting the AC fixed and now I was truck less.
Maybe my salesman didn’t relay to anyone that I was eagerly trying to buy it.. After a couple unreturned messages, finally spoke to a Sales Manager - after not being called back- where he told me the truck was sold days earlier. Despite me constantly being in contact with the salesman who said it was in the shop and they were waiting on parts.
Despite my multiple attempts to get status updates and do something to secure the truck, it was sold. Now I’m looking for a specific vehicle, having already sold mine. Learning lesson - their team doesn’t prioritize their customers. No proactive communication and some honesty concerns.
