Everytime I go in I can never get any help in plumbing all the tags and fittings never match up and you ask for help and the guy walks away from you for that I put all my stuff down and took my business some where else

I have a lot of project, most the prices are more than other places for the same stuff but it's a large improvement store. They need to work on 2x4s etc being more straight and less bent for the prices they ask. Otherwise employees are friendly and I get most of what I need.

No cashiers available. Only option is self checkout. So you have to do part of their job with no discount.

Awful. First there was an associate that was rude when I asked a question. Didn't get her name because she wouldn't even turn to look at me or acknowledge me at all past sighing and said we don't have anything that would work as if it was the stupidest question she ever heard and acting like I was the biggest inconvenience.
Well the guy I spoke to after, found something immediately that would work for my fencing. Then I tried to buy bricks and check out. No code, had to walk all the way back out to where I got them to get the code so they could be scanned to even check out.
My biggest gripe is the rudeness. Won't be back ever.

I guess Lowes Hardware of Lexington, NC, a major chain, just can't seem to keep their doors open at 5-10 minutes before 9pm for those of us who work long hours, literally...everyday. I needed one item, front of the store. Probably had all but one drawer counted at 830. Sorry to cramp your style guys. Such a disappointment.
