I will take my vehicle no where else. Yes, there are time that they are very busy, so you must wait a bit. Here’s why, the level of customer service is way beyond any I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! Blake and Tommy (the owners) excell at “doing the right thing”, which, flows down to their employees as they all “do the right thing”. The mechanics there all work together and show professionalism and help each other out (especially with a misbehaving GMC ambient air temp sensor, lol). The prices are unbeatable and the quality of work shows! From diesels to gas motors (as I have had both in there), hands down the BEST shop between Winston-Salem and Charlotte!!!!!! They even came to me, one time, when my truck broken down on I-285 southbound. That, in and of itself, shows the dedication they have to their clients AND their business. I cannot say enough goodness about Lexington Tire!!!!!!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
I was over an hour away from home headed on a trip by myself when my tire light came on. Luckily, I saw this place on maps. As soon as I got there they took my car back, fixed the problem, and I was back on the road within 10 minutes tops.
They were all so nice and helpful from the time I walked in until I left. If I lived closer they’d have my service, highly recommend!

They didn’t tighten the drain plug on my 2021 Honda Civic FK7. Luckily I caught it weeks later when working on it. I’ve been going to these guys for years so I was very disappointed that they let me down with something so simple yet at the same time very costly if I lost too much oil. Won’t be getting my service done here anymore. Might go back for small things like alignment or fender rolling. Other than that experience staff is nice and professional.
