I’ve never been in this place before but the ladies were rude and the prices were hi,, The law come in cause someone had just ran out with a game ..probably why they was rude. Not recommend….

I went in and talked to an employee named Morgan, and asked to buy VC points for my son for his NBA2K game on PS5. Told her specifically what I needed more than once. Somehow she still sold me a non-refundable code for a Nintendo Switch. I don't work here so I had no idea it was wrong, until it got home and didn't work. Now I'm just out of that money because it is non refundable. GameStop did nothing except give me an old help desk number as an answer.
