I am the sole beneficiary the will and executor of my mother's estate. Have not had any problems with any other institution until I had to do business with this bank trying cash out an IRA. They refused to tell me who the beneficiary is for the IRA. How am I supposed to be an executor if I don't have all the information?

The teller at the window needs sensitivity training. My wife returned from a visit at the welcome branch literally in tears after rude comments from this nasty women. She accused my wife of not being the person on her Drivers license. My wife has been sick the past few years and her picture has changed but the treatment she received from the window teller was undeserved. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst banking policies I've ever seen. I can not believe they are legal. If you have an account with FNB, they will "sneak" policies in on a regular basis to cost you money. For example, I started receiving paper statements in the mail that I did not ask for. Turns out, they made this decision for you and you had to opt out or receive the statements and be charged for each and every one.

Bank is awful, reorganizes transactions to screw you, has all kinds of loopholes to charge overdrafts, which change all the time.

They closed my account twice without notifying me. I will never recommend anyone to this bank. The lady on the customer service line was completely rude and had an attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her. I told her I wanted to speak to someone above her and she huffed like a 2 year old. This is possibly the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
