worst member support, so I called because I had a past due bill which I already paid and I just received a bill that if I don’t pay for it they will cut off my electricity and I have the receipt that I paid for it

Power goes off all the time just long enough to mess up clocks ,coffee maker , TV etc. This is year 2023 not 1900! Fix this problem. Ridiculous!!

Thompson has been so good to us over the last 7-10 years! They automatically refill our tank without us calling. They also installed gas logs for us- very kind folks who actually answer the phone! Would recommend them to anyone needing propane gas service!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with an energy company. I started my account with them almost a month ago and I still haven't got service. I never thought I would miss Duke energy but these people make them look absolutely incredible. There's no way I would continue using them but I have to because it is their area. What a terrible joke of a company.

Had new meter box installed. Everything passed inspection. Called energy United in the morning, they said they hadn’t received inspection confirmation. Called back at 3pm they said they have the confirmation and setup appointment for next day to install new meter and connect power. Next day called at 3pm and asked a possible ETA. Was told they never made me a appointment and they never got the confirmation from inspection office. That I would have to call back up to county office and get another confirmation sent. They (energy United)said they had no idea what I was talking about that no appointment was ever made and no confirmation was seen by them 2-3 times I was told this. Call back 30 minutes later and talked to another person who all of sudden seem to have all the answers and did have the confirmation and told me someone was to call me in 24hrs to come look at lines running to the house. And that she had no idea why I was told all that earlier and that it was in the system that someone had to come and check the lines coming from road. Not sure where all the confusion was from and why it was so hard to get a correct answer. I was lied to 2-3 times I feel like about the inspection notice. And about my appointment that was apparently never made the day before. As we also got it in our email all three times it was sent back out.

Absolutely the WORST company I've dealt with. Seems like my power gets cut off every month not due to me not paying my bills. Every month this is beyond ridiculous I wouldn't recommend this company at all. It's the worst.

I like how friendly the staff are both on the phone and in person. I like how you respond in a timely manor, and understand I rely on your propane to run my oxygen machine and you have not let me down. Prices are very reasonable!
