I came into Ellis Jewelers for a repair on an earring I had purchased elsewhere and was not intending to make a purchase. However, their selection included designs that were genuinely unique and eye-catching.
The jeweler repaired the earring mentioned above free of charge.
Crystal helped me make the selection without even a hint of pressure and even polished the earrings I was already wearing to where they looked brand new.
Great place - great people. High integrity.

Such a quick and easy experience! I was visiting from out of state when I came across this gem to get my ring cleaned. I browsed around while my ring was getting cleaned and Stacy joined to assist. She helped me find the most perfect band! With me being out state I was worried about shipping all the way to AZ so Stacy was able to re size my new band and have it to me in the same day! How amazing is that! I will remember this day and be sure to visit when I am in NC. Thank you Ellis Jewelers for the perfect way to end my visit!

I had various items to discuss, selling gold (pleased with price given) a ring to be repaired, some ring designs were discussed for a future purchase and everything I needed was addressed. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. If you have jewelry needs of any sort, I would highly recommend their services.

I have been an Ellis Jewelers customer since the 1970s. They are a very reputable store and have always met my jewelry needs from purchases to repairs. Recently I took a ring to reset the stones in new mount. They took time to listen to my requests and offer options. The new ring is more than i could have imagined.
