I am usually not the Karen type but this just pissed me off. Online store hours say closed at 10pm I go to walk in at 8:52 and before I even get 5 foot away from my car girl that works there with another chick said "honey we're closed". I said closing or closed cause there's clearly a difference. She said we're closed we close at 9 lol so y'all not closed. I just walked away cause clearly she's having a worse day than me all I needed was a damn sharpie. Point is your not closed and don't close till 10 so why are the employees telling people they're closing their store down an hour and 8 minutes early? And even if online is wrong and it's 9 that's still closing 8 minutes early with people in line at the store SMDH

Mangers unprofessional. Doesn't have a clue how to run store. Have long line to check out, 2 come out office and look high as hell or just stupid not sure which. An take customer that just got in line an check them out instead of one's been there for 5 minutes

Needed cough medicine and arrived ten minutes before close only for the doors to be locked and told they were closed by what appeared to be someone checking someone else out.
