Went to get a fridge just moved down here and there were roaches in the fridges I told the man who worked and he said that’s normal so disgusting and won’t be back

Read reviews .. I read them but wanted to give them a chance .. I bought a washer and dryer and it makes my clothes stink.. I called them early morning and never I got a call back to fix the problem until i called them. The guy gave me an attitude.. horrible service and now I have to buy new ones because these don’t work.. don’t waste your time or money here.

The place is very clean. They don't have a ton of things but a little bit of everything. We bought a nice washer. They have some furniture and mattresses as well. Blanca was very nice.

I've bought a few used items and so far have had good service out of the items purchased. The people are friendly, no long lines and they loaded into back of truck for me. All in all in and out within 45 minutes

I was reading over the reviews and I think that there is some confusion. This address belongs to Discount Used Appliances currently. The previous tenant of this building was Walters. Some of the reviews are directed to Walters and some are directed toward the current owners. I have been to this location. I did not purchase anything because I live too far away, but they were extremely helpful and have excellent prices. I definitely recommend them.

May 2018 -Purchased stack washer dryer unit..Ran two weeks and washer stopped working within the month warranty time. Left message numerous times for callback. Eventually Tech sent and was unable to repair the unit purchased . Could not believe we had to pay Delivery Fee for the replacement! Add insult to injury..replacement was beat up and the two guys who delivered were arguing when they arrived. It is now August and machine has been making loud noises; husband thinks it is the gear box. Trying to repair as I type this email.
We, personally will not be purchasing anything from Walter's Discount..not worth the risk, money and aggravation...
