Pain medicine was phoned in to this location and I was advised that they were out of stock and it would take two days to receive it. TWO DAYS? It’s 2024 people, seriously! I could see one day with express service, but two days. Living in the dark ages, management either doesn’t read the reviews or could care less. Switching Pharmacies

Obviously the leadership of CVS either doesn’t read these, doesnt really care, or just don’t know what to do. Drive in closed with a poorly worded sign. Went inside. Closed from 1:30 to 2 for lunch. It’s 2 now. 5 cards in the pick up line. The text they sent stated it was ready for pick up. 2:03. We see a human. I’m sick. I’ve been to the doctor. Can we get a little more customer care?

It used to be different, never had a problem filling prescriptions until a few months ago. Showed up and they said that my prescription was transferred to a different location over an hour away… I called that location and they said I didn’t have anything. My bottle says I have 3 refills left but some how they have vanished mysteriously into the ether. Calling the dr they confirmed I should have 3 refills left. Things used to be different….

Regularly 4 days or more late filling prescriptions, and this time the assistant had the nerve to imply that it was somehow my fault for trusting the phone systems estimate, definitely will start getting prescriptions filled elsewhere after that

I was scheduled for a vaccine and checked in through the link that was sent. There was one worker who noticed and acknowledged me. She let the person who was giving the vaccination know that I was there. After waiting more than twenty- minutes, that same worker went back and spoke to the lady who should have at least told me what was going on. The vaccination lady said she “needed to thaw it”. At this point it had already been more than 30-minutes. I told her I was going to Walgreens since CVS wasn’t prepared for my appointment. CVS tried to already charge my insurance and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They never provided the service!

This place suffices as a pharmacy and that’s all I can say about it nothing more or less

As for the store itself it's just pointless. I'm Puerto Rican w/very curly hair. I need hair products for mixed race people. This store isn't aware or doesn't want to acknowledge that there are such people in Lexington because they do not choose to carry products for such people. The CVS in Thomasville has everything I needed, granted, most of CVS's products cost 2-3 times more than any other store but it was convenient when I lived in T'ville. Lexington doesn't seem aware that non-white people exist (no offence intended to those people). As for the pharmacy, I've never seen a bigger dumpster fire. They're favorite phrase is "I'm sorry, we're short staffed". After 9 months of going here that excuse wore out long ago. I'm not close & all my scripts are supposed to be synced. Yet, I have to hold off 1.5 weeks to pick them up to avoid making 3 trips. Then on top of that they text saying somethings ready but when I get there its not & they want me to wait an hour +. This pharmacy is pathetic. They run around like chickens w/their heafs cut off. Extremely unprofessional.

I recently visited Asheboro CVS and was very impressed! The store was clean and well-organised, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety of products and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to find what I was looking for and even picked up some items I didn't know I needed. The checkout was very fast, and the cashier even gave me some coupons for next time! I definitely recommend Asheboro CVS.

The pharmacy here can be the worst at times. We called in two days prior to pickup for refills, expressing that they were urgent medications, including an emergency inhaler. Went to go pick up and they say they never requested the refills with our doctor. They also try to gaslight you at times by saying "You didn't talk to ME" or "You never called us." when we have call logs on our phone and I know for a fact they have call logs and recordings.Walgreens is further away but at least I don't have to deal with this anymore. Also the fact they won't even walk 20 feet from the window to grab a specific bottle of cough medication because you are too sick to go inside is insane.

Monica, one of the clerks, was very courteous and helpful. She went over and above in assisting me.
