My dad had been taking my car there for years and honestly had no problems. They always addressed what he asked and kept the car maintained. When I took it before I moved to a different state, I told them could you just look over everything so I can get whatever needs to be fixed. There were lights on my dashboard so clearly something needed to be fixed, I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know the exact issue, that’s what they are there for. When they came to give me my keys they didn’t say anything and I asked if everything was fine. They just said yeah and didn’t address anything so obviously because it was the mechanic my car had been taken to for years, I thought everything was fine . Now I’m at a different mechanic and the problems that I had pointed out before, were actually problems that crowfoot didn’t address. I’m not upset about the repairs and that I have to fix my car, I’m upset because they didn’t take my problem seriously and something serious could have happened while I was driving without me being aware about the problem.And honestly going so long without those problems being fixed, probably made them a lot worse. I just think they don’t take young women seriously because my dad never had an issue with them taking his complaints seriously.

They were able to see me within a week and got my car fixed same day! They also called with updates and an expected price which was very appreciated.
