Terrible customer service. They have no knowledge of their own services or products. One will say one thing, and someone else will say something completely different. Or they will get rude with you when you try to explain something to them. No help whatsoever!

I inquired about switching my carrier to Cricket over the phone yesterday. I was fortunate enough to speak with Nancy Valdivieso at the Lexington store next to the Walmart. I had a ton of questions and she took her time and answered all of them. What she was telling me was how I could save over 50% over what I was currently paying. I wanted to go ahead and do it but had to work the next day and wouldn't be able to come in. She offered to come to me on her lunch break and get what she needed to finish the switch and we were done in 10 minutes! I can't begin to tell you how professional she was and how easy she made it for me. Would recommend her highly to anyone I know! Thank you Nancy!!!!
