Steve is nothing short of an EXPERT! In my experience, he is truly an honest mechanic, to say the least....and that goes a lonnnnnng way with me. Not only is he pleasant to communicate with, he is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very confident in my decision to bring my truck to him. He did me RIGHT when so many other mechanics have done me WRONG! I also appreciate the Office Manager and her kind husband! I mean...these folks took me home from the shop and even came back to pick me up when my truck was ready! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT BEFORE! I HIGHLY recommend this shop....HIGHLY!

The owner is a very nice guy & explained everything that was going on with my AC & even called with prices to make sure it was ok with me to finish the repairs. When it was ready to be picked up he showed me the part & explained what happened. He did a phenomenal job! His secretary is very sweet & friendly as well! I would definitely recommend Complete Automotive to anyone! Thank you for doing such a great job & being so professional & friendly!

I asked for a quote for a compressor. The lady operating the front desk told me that the mechanic would have to look at the car to make sure that was the problem. I told her that replacing the compressor would be the worst case scenario and I just needed a quote for that. She was very rude and hung up on me

I wasn’t sure if Complete Automotive Service could help me with my left rear censor that had been pushed out of its position but I’m so glad I stopped in. Steve the owner came out, got under my car on a rainy day, on wet asphalt and in 5 minutes the censor was back in place and working fine. When I asked what I owed him he said, no charge it was his good deed for the day!I was impressed with his knowledge and great disposition! I will be taking my vehicle back to him if I have a need and I recommend everyone to give him a try!

In July of 2022, I took my XJ Jaguar there after the "add more coolant light" failed to come off in my car. Prior to coming to this business, I had taken my car to Walt's Radiator and was told that it was a sensor but they couldn't fix. I then called Firestone and was told that if Walt's Radiator couldn't fix, they couldn't fix. I found Complete Automotive by mistake and he fixed the sensor issue, completed an oil change, and inspected my car for under $500, which was a bargain!!! The owner says that if he feels he can complete work on a foreign car, he will do it, if not he will tell you so. I highly recommend!!!
