When we signed up with this company, it took weeks with NO communication in their part. Whenever we would call, they would say they would have someone get back to us and never did. Then we get our first bill. It was like a thousand bucks. We had to pay for the propane and a bunch of service and delivery fee's. We called and complained and they straight up LIED and said they explained all of their fees and gave us an estimate. Ok sure ya did cuz there is absolutely NO WAY we would have agreed to that outrageous price. You're absurd!! Now come winter time. We ran out of gas and put in a ticket to have them refilled. Still have heard nothing from them. I have two small kids in temps that have been in the teens with NO GAS. We figured we may as well do space heaters instead because ultimately the higher electric bill still beats the price of the propane. I'm gonna have to look around for a new company that doesn't price gouge, doesn't lie to their customers and doesn't take forever to contact and fill your tanks. I seriously hate that you have propane tanks here instead of a traditional gas company.

I think the price is the only benefit to using them to install a gas fireplace. Communication is absolutely horrible and getting this company to complete a project feels impossible. If you are wanting a service completed in a timely manner with a company that does what they say they will do, look elsewhere

A terrible place. If you want to throw your money away then it's your money.. Run . Our logs are not right .They find a way to keep getting your money in my opinion.

I have been with blossman Gas for 22 years, and there is a reason why I start local and stay local. Recently installed a stand by generator, I ask for consultation and design, Chris showed up and saw a plan that would work best for my application. From there Matt got involved and had his team come and do a gas line install,his team was prompt, prepared and got the job done in a neat and timely fashion. Communication was great and prompt.I'm looking forward to many more years with blossman and no more lights out.Thank you Chris, Matt and team

Tried 3 times to get service set up. The lady in the office (Carolyn) said she sent the form that acknowledges that I own my own tank, but it was never sent. She has ghosted me since so I am taking my business to Ferrill Gas. Much better response from them, and no BS at all!! Blossman also charges for the initial visit to “inspect” your system. Buyer beware!! Giving them 1 star because zero isn’t an option. Terrible company, terrible service.

I am in the process of purchasing a home and this company is refusing to reconnect the existing tank and fill it because of a past due balance from previous owner who they kept filling the tank after she passed. When I asked them to just come get their tank because I would not be paying someone else’s tank she told me she would see if they could but it probably wouldn’t be anytime soon.This woman really tried to say my husband was responsible for the debt because the previous owner was his grandmother who passed 3 years ago. Mind you we inherited nothing except i guess the gas debt.I don’t understand how companies value being able to file a claim with collections over a potential long term customer.

Frank and the crew are GREAT, I admire the electronic communication and heads up on technician arrival times. Took time to make several trips to find a small leak in range that could have been bad. I would highly recommend these folks for any needs related. Thanks much!!! Al & Jami

So my gas logs died on me several days ago. Knew there was propane in the tank. Disassembled the igniter, thermocoupling, and the pilot jet. Went to several stores In Lexington who either wouldn’t help me or didn’t have parts. Blossman was my last stop as it was the furthest away from me. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady and a gentlemen who was taking a call. The lady said if I could hold for him he could help me. Told him I couldn’t keep the pilot light lit. He examined what I brought in and I told him I’d buy all new parts if he had them. He got old me that he could fix what I had no problem. He immediately grabbed his tool bag and disassembled the pilot jet and cleaned it. Told me that was my problem. The gentleman wouldn’t even accept a payment from me and even gave me a line that had broke during his (really not his fault or anything, 15 year old line) disassembly. Came home and reinstalled it and it worked better than before. I highly recommend them. I’ll be using them to fill all my propane tanks from here on out. Great service and super friendly.

Blossom Gas out of Lexington NC has the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! Been promised propane for 3 Friday’s in a row, and after repeated calls and promises still no propane!!! My tank is at 20% and a winter storm is coming!
