Bivins is without a doubt, THE gold standard is alternators and starters. If they can't fix it, or get you a new one then you didn't need it. I only gave 5 stars because there isn't an option for 7

I would highly recommend having your original starter or alternator rebuilt when it finally gives out. Being a 32 year rebuilder that works for this company I can honestly say that we do our best to exceed your expectations only using top quality parts that isn’t used in mass produced units that currently used in local auto parts stores. Oem rebuilt units with top quality parts is the only way.

Constantly changing quotes and eventually charged $120 for what they do at chain part stores do for free. It was my sister in law who isn't car-savy so they definitely took advantage over her for that. Please stay away from this dishonest people.
