“I have never been to an auto repair shop with more caring employees. Visiting from out of town, I took my RAM truck to them to investigate a whining sound. Josh told me he found it was a part that was covered by the factory warranty, so they called a local dealer and made an appointment for me and ensured it was covered. Greg followed up to see if we were taken care of. No charge for their service. Amazing service and top quality employees. If I lived here they would be my go to repair shop.”

“Absolutely amazing group here. I could not have found a better location for my vehicle to break down. I crept onto the off-ramp off of Interstate 85, and the engine shut off. At 4:30pm, the Friday before Memorial Day, while I was from out of state, on my way to the airport for a flight in Charlotte, these amazing guys answered the phone, took the tow, and were amazingly hospitable. They waited while travel arrangements were made, prepared the service order for while I was out of the country, arranged payment by phone, arranged after hours pickup, and allowed me to safely return home from a much needed vacation. Parts prices were completely in-line near retail pricing, and they truely were able to turn a horrible situation into a minor inconvenience. Got a problem with my front left tires of my Toyota Camry. My friend suggest me to go here to get it fix after I mentioned to him all my troubles trying to schedule a service with Toyota Dealer where I purchase the car 2 yeas ago (brand new car)
I just show up this morning and they take care of me immediately and took less than 1/2 an hour to fix it.
Super honest and Super professional people here. Unfortunately I can give only 5 start but they deserve 100 stars.
From now on this place is my place to do my tires job and also car inspection. I'm happy to be one of their customer :)

“I will take my vehicle no where else. Yes, there are time that they are very busy, so you must wait a bit. Here’s why, the level of customer service is way beyond any I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! Blake and Tommy (the owners) excell at “doing the right thing”, which, flows down to their employees as they all “do the right thing”. The mechanics there all work together and show professionalism and help each other out (especially with a misbehaving GMC ambient air temp sensor, lol). The prices are unbeatable and the quality of work shows! From diesels to gas motors (as I have had both in there), hands down the BEST shop between Winston-Salem and Charlotte!!!!!! They even came to me, one time, when my truck broken down on I-285 southbound. That, in and of itself, shows the dedication they have to their clients AND their business. I cannot say enough goodness about Lexington Tire!!!!!!!”

Each time I have had an issue that requires the service repair that can only take place at a muffler / radiator / ac type of garage - I go here.
It can look like total chaos going on in that parking lot, but it’s CLEAN. Temperature reaching 98 degrees out and these employees will be laying on the HOT BLACK ASPHALT…..
Hats off to them for their dedication to their profession…. GREAT FRIENDLY GROUP OF MEN…
