This was absolutely the best customer experience I have ever had. Christian was knowledgeable and friendly. Every employee should have his outgoing and outstanding attitude. I was really dreading going to get a new phone, due to previous stuffy employees. Christian was a real breath of fresh air.

Unfortunately, I believe I will be leaving ATT because of this store. I was given false information and my bill is the highest it has ever been as a result. When I returned to this store to try and have things corrected, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have the problem corrected.I was told that I would get an Apple Watch for free because I am a first responder. I told them that I didn't want the watch if it increased my bill, but they assured me that I would only be paying the taxes on the watch and that my bill wouldn't change. This was not the case, I got hit with all kinds of fees and my monthly bill went up almost $25. ATT customer service informed me that the promo that the store had promised me wasn't available in NC. But when I returned to the store, I was told that if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay $300. I hate that this happened, but I can't bring myself to stay after this incident.

I had the pleasure of working with a young lady who really knew what she was doing. I’m not very phone savvy but she helped me with my stupid questions. A very kind girl.

Amazingly helpful in getting my phone lines set up after the general customer service phone tree was entirely unhelpful after two hours of "following the script".In-store, I was able to communicate the issue and we were updated, transferred, and on our way in about 25-30 minutes (and much of that time was just syncing data from one device to another).I wish these awesome people could get bonuses or extra commission on fielding/fixing the errors of phone or online departments! Thank you again! ?

I tell you, every single time I've set foot into an AT&T store, the service is excellent!Yesterday, I was reminded of the AT&T excellence by the amazing sales rep, Brandon! I came in about 25 minutes til close and was in such a heated state due to dealing with their competitor down the strip, Verizon. I came in quite flustered and because of the poor service provided by Verizon, I needed help to switch my parents to AT&T quickly. Regardless of the time, my frustration, etc, Brandon continued to assure me that he could take care of everything! And rest assured, he sure did just that! I continued to apologize for keeping him after hours, but not one time did make me feel like a bother or inconvenience at all.This is the type of service that keeps a customer loyal! Brandon was such a sweetheart and kept the conversation light and positive (which I absolutely needed lol).BRANDON--you are the absolute MVP! Thank you so much for you patience, quick problem solving skills & assuring me things would work out. This was such a seamless transaction & lovely interaction!! AT&T should be proud to have you as a great asset to their team and for their customers!! Thank You So Much ☺️

I am sure Representative Brandon thought I forgot about him..but I DIDN'T...I had some serious issues in which I had the privilege to spend literally most of the day in the store. Brandon helped me and went the extra longggggg mile. I went from my #s being canceled to full service with not 1 hiccup. He spoke on my behalf to all customer service folks that was needed. If you have a problem BRANDON is THE MAN to go to to get the job done. Not just done. DONE RIGHT and not a surprise or headache days later. Brandon needs a Raise and Promotion..

I went into the store to get a few things done that I couldn’t get done online. Brandon is an awesome rep and he got it done today I have dealt with him the last few times I’ve went into this store. He was a great help and was eager to help in any way he could. I recommend him if your going into this store. He’s the only one I like dealing with when I have to go in the store. He was the best.

I went to this store being a Verizon customer going by word-of-mouth that AT&T worked pretty good where I was living. I don't know a lot about cell phones so I have to rely on the people in the store to help me get a good phone. At this store I was lied to. The phone I bought is worse than my Verizon phone. The phone gets so hot I feel like it's gonna catch fire any minute. I do not recommend AT&T at all.. Even the phone that my husband got that he uses mainly for work. His email don't even work on this phone that he has.. So do not go to the store because the salesman will lie straight to your face!!??

Customer service has greatly improved from couple of years ago! My last 3 visits have been extremely helpful from 3 different knowledgeable, friendly staff! Alex, the manager, yesterday was so patient and helpful!!
