These reviews left by local Karens are great lol but the REAL customers know all about this place. Went in today looking for a new pair of work boots to retire my old Justin's. And as always I am never disappointed when I shop here. Greeted as soon as I walked in and pointed straight to the boot room. The gentleman (sorry I'm terrible at remembering names) helped me out in what I was looking for and answering questions about each boot I was interested in and chit chatting while I was trying to decide. After narrowing it down to a couple different pairs, he quickly returned with my size in hand (13 EE, which nobody carries in stock). Both were great ( Irish Setters and Double H ) so I ended up buying both for just about the same price as a pair of overrated Ariats. This is the only place I shop for my work gear. I'm not typically treated like a valued customer anywhere being 6'2" with a shaved head and fully tattooed, but these guys are great and see past that. I have never had a bad experience, even when having to swap out boots in the past with manufacturer defects. This is a great place for down home good working folks, maybe not so much to the novelty shopping Karens. Their loss

I like the army Navy store been going there forever My daughter buys me pants and shirts from there and a lot of times she'll get the wrong size but they'll take it back without a problem

I was surprised by how much they have. A sizeable women's section with clothes, shoes and accessories. A wall of clothing for kids. And a huge selection of men's work attire and boots. The owner never made us feel uncomfortable, but he does check on you quite a few times during your visit.

I went inside looking for "Army-Navy " merchandise... the fella who id'd himself as the owner asked what I was looking for... I told him the army-navy stuff... whereupon he launched into an extensive tirade how the army-navy business ended after the Korean war and that those businesses pretty much closed 40 years... I said something like, "did I miss something, didn't I see an "army-navy " sign outside? " he said something like "yeah but we don't sell it since I bought it 40 years ago"... he then proceeded to insult me with my desire to shop for surplus items so I asked him if he had learned anything about customer service in his 40 years and that perhaps he should not make his potential customers feel unwelcome... at this his son told me to leave... as a fella who spent 40 years in one form of customer service, I can truthfully say this was quite possibly my worst potential shopping experiences of my life... in closing, shop here at your own peril!
