Though location is great and the initial price was great (10x10 unit in Nov 2022) rates have increased 2x while the business is building 2 more large units on the property. I have had SEVERAL times (5+) where the gate to the storage area is already open when I arrive and does not close behind me. Most recently the gate actually stopped operating when I was on the inside of the gated/fenced area... When calling the contact number, it continuous rang. When I have complained about the above items, I have never gotten even an apology or an attempt at remedying the problem.

Excellent location, easy to access and very clean units. The gravel path around the units could be worked on so it's level to drive on. Highly recommend, I can always get in touch with someone when I need help!

Upon move in. I had lots of broken glass in front of my unit and some on the inside of my unit that I had to clean up.
The gravel drive could be better as well.
But other than those 2 things the storage has been great. Very nice unit overall. Price is reasonable as well.

I haven't moved in yet. However the process to choose a unit and set up and account is very user friendly. Customer service is spectacular. I called on Saturday and the office was closed until Monday and received a call back shortly after that on Saturday. The agent was extremely helpful and kind!

****So Sorry this review is supposed to be for Public Storage**** UPDATE, I gave such a thorough Review, it is not in any of the Review sections. They went up 47$ in 1 month. You only have 6 days to pay & it is locked & can't get in & a late fee. My brother went with a private company & can be 6 months late and still kept his storage unit. I also wanted to add with inflation, I hope the CEO'S get there bonuses!! No mark what so ever on Kathy who manages it!! Very nice and helpful & knowledgeable!! ****I'am Extremely Sorry, I did a review for the wrong storage unit, it is suppose to be for Public Storage****

I've always had a great experience with this place. I've had a unit here since the day they opened; I was the first customer. They are always helpful and respectful, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend All-Star Storage! And Marvin is the best! He will always make sure you are taken care of.
