This is a big name store with a small town friendly feel. Britney and Randy went out of their way to make sure our experience was perfect. They didn’t give up on installing my battery Even thought they ran into some issues. They really went above and beyond.

This store has very friendly customer service. They are very polite and very helpful in assisting you with whatever needs you have. If they don't have the part there, then they will refer you to the place that does, or if available, they will have it shipped to the store of your choice. I love the fact that they offer exact fit products with limited lifetime warranties. The location in Welcome NC is my preferred store of choice.

Tried to return a part in the original box because it was defective and was told no because I didn't have a receipt or proof that I bought it from them. It's a Dorman product. Who else around there in welcome sell Dorman products? No one I know. So now I'm stuck with a $70 broke part.Moral of the story is keep proof that you bought it. 2 months or 10 years I guess keep your receipts or you can't return it. ?
