Best towing company in Lexington! Hands down. Called them for my wife when she was broke down in traffic, and a man named Scott was Johnny on the spot. Quick, fast, and professional. Spoke to the owner (Ricky) as well to thank them for their outstanding timing and he was just as professional. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I used ABC Towing....Scott Gill was the professional that resolved my car issue and got me back on the road. He could have easily given me a tow that would have been much more costly but he chose the honest route and determined to jump the car off.....I am back on the road. I would never call this guy for anything… VERY RUDE , no since of how to talk to someone , had my car towed and took to his lot and wouldn’t tell me the mileage on MY OWN CAR because he hadn’t been paid for the tow that the insurance was covering .. This guy is not someone you want to tow your car he has no since of reality and needs a check .. I’m reporting him to the better business bureau;)

Don't know who drives your trucks but to the one that don't want to wait in traffic on 52 near taco bell. You come down the turning lane and then dart over in front of me about hitting my car and about causing a wreck you are truly an a$$ plate number JF3029

Shane is the man who tows your vehicle and if it's what he likes he makes sure that you can't get it back they are over priced on tows and don't have very good ppl skills call Watts towing they will treat you right and have fair pricingWATTSTOWINGBrandon Watts with Watts towing and recovery

Highway robbery. The police called them to tow my vehicle as "next in line. "..$215 to tow half a mile at 4:30pm. The driver/owner put my vehicle in their storage. I spoke with the owner at 7 pm, and he informed me they were closed and I could get the vehicle the next day for $295. They charge $40 a day for storage. I picked the vehicle up the next morning at 9:30 am, and I was charged $80 for 17hrs of storage, in which 15 hrs of that time they were closed! Anyway, you count it, it was unfair and absolutely overpriced. I accepted the OVER cost of the actual tow...that was what it was... but the rapping of the storage was just wrong. The owner had the nerve to be offended when I said, "This is how you all take advantage of people." And I will say it again...this is taking advantage and is unfair practices.

Worst Towing company ever. I called and they said that it would be 30 minutes and an hour and a half later still no one so I called back and he said that he was busy and if I could wait until later on that evening. Never again ABC. I called another Towing company and they were out to pick me up in less than 15 minutes

Called upon them a few weeks ago, was told that it would be an hour and a half for them to tow me due to the driver going to church. I have no issue with someone going to church, but this is what you do, you are on call, you don't put someone off that needs a tow. Called Astrojet right after that and was picked up in 20 mins. Thanks Astrojet! No thanks to you ABC, and no worries about getting another call from me either.

This was an experience I’ve never had with any other tow truck driver. The hospitality that was given was above and beyond I could’ve ever imagined. Once my car was back on the road, it stopped again due to my alternator. He stayed with me the entire time until we came up with a solution in the middle of the RAIN. His wife was just as lovely keeping my sister company during this time. I’m beyond grateful for this family and wish them all the blessings they deserve. He also messaged us later to made sure we made it safely to our location.??
