The one on Winston Road has very poor customer service I came in a couple days ago to put money on my account the one of the ladies took my money $120 I still owe money of course but she did not put it on my account I don't know where it went cuz online it still shows that I owe the full amount when I don't after I gave them what I could on Saturday and today I come in and I just told them that to come pick it up and then I need my money back that I gave to him the other day because they did not put it in my account don't know where they put it so and they going to sit there and tell me no that they cannot give me my money back well then where did it go considering it's not on my account I still owe a full amount on my item so I would not recommend using them

They are just so KIND! Our family is crazy busy sometimes and they've always been so patient, kind, polite and works with us. There are times where we get a tad bit behind, but I can't thank them enough for always being so kind and helpful. Thank you for all yall do!!!! And for being so helpful every time.

I don't like who they decide to hire, I've had nothing but problems from the chain for the past 10 years. Maybe it's just my luck and I get people that are rude, but that would be more than coincidence. And I know it's not me, because I was habitually early with payments, and was always polite and mannerly. Even when I was insulting the last person I dealt with because I wanted to put a hold on one of my rentals and when I was going to resume my contract, I was informed that they lost it. I'm glad I backed up everything.
