Walked in for a fill in and toe polish. The prices on the do not reflect the price I was charged. Very nice staff but idk how I walked out paying $85 plus tip for the services i received. I was too busy to ask but I won’t be going back.

My MIL and aunt always come here, have been coming here for over 2 decades. I came in for a simple manicure - it was done so quick and proficiently, I love Tony and his family. They are so comforting and accommodating, and incredibly clean - 10/10 will always recommend. All’s I have to say about any recent poor reviews, is that good customers get even better service! ?

The worst nails in my life!!!
I had an appointment and still had to wait for 30 minutes and then one madter came and did one part, left i waited for another 15 minutes and then another master came to continue. The manicure I asked for for never done and noone bothered to cut my cutucul or do anything with my nails (even though i paid for the manicure). The nails are different length and shape even i would have done a better job. Color is awful as the masters don't know how to do it. Now you can see the grey spots. I needed tips on 2 of my nails as i broke them and the first master didn't even understand what to do and the next one put the tips on and cut them so short that the nails are still shorted than the other ones.

Been a client for over a year now. I don't clip my own toenails anymore! Nina is fantastic! She has gotten my toes ship shape! Literally! Had them done right before a cruise. ?

Went here because they were the only salon open before 10am the day before thanksgiving. The manicure was fine. I requested a very simple design on two fingers and it was very poorly done, to the extent that I painted over the design myself when I got home just to cover up the embarrassment. I would have rather her tell me no to the design than to have had such poor execution. Also with gel polish it was the most expensive manicure I have ever had in Winston Salem - $35. Maybe I’m spoiled but I have had better manicures that include hand/wrist/shoulder massage and gel polish for cheaper.

First time here, walk in client. I probably should have known this wouldn’t end well. I brought my own OPI gel polish and the tech asked me if I was sure it was gel, not traditional polish. I had to ask for an additional coat when it was obvious it was needed. The polish is very sloppy and on several nails doesn’t cover the entire nail bed. When I pointed it out, the tech said it was intentional to avoid my cuticle. I’ll need to have this removed and redone elsewhere. I’d like to have it redone for free since it is such a horrible job, however, just do not trust them to do it.

I had really bad experience here. Then I checked the other person’s reviews , it dawned on me that people already posted what I had experienced! I have been coming here for my eyebrow waxing for a continuous eight months. It has been $10 everywhere in this area. However, after I went in and out about 10 minutes, she told me to pay $15. I said, did you raise the price? She responded,it’s been $10 for 10 years. I paid and went outside calling J nails ( about 1 mile away) about the eyebrow waxing price. $10 EVERYWHERE! This owner has been in the US for 25 years , hasn’t learned a bit of decency and honesty . Let alone to a returning customer. I am happy with the job she did, but again in and out for 10 mins, eyebrow waxing is not even a job that requires special skills or intelligence, you expect $15 ? ! And the least you could say , the economy is bad and we need raise the price or we raised the price two years ago etc. Just dishonesty and flat out lies!

Finding a good quality nail salon is hard and you can usually tell in the first experience if you'll ever go back. I can say from now on I will only ever visit this salon. Not only were they the friendliest place I've ever visited but their quality was superb. It was also the first time I'd ever taken my almost 5 year old to get her nails painted professionally and they did AMAZING! They were so patient with her and even painted a little design on each nail without us even having to ask. She had an amazing first experience and I could not be happier! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
